Terms of Access

By accessing any member-gated area of the VELO Genesis platform, you enter into a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement with VELO Genesis and its affiliated entities.

You agree not to share, publish, distribute, reproduce, or disclose any VELO internal information to any third party, in any form, at any time, indefinitely.

Internal information includes but is not limited to: system design, architecture, workflows, automation logic, research findings, documents, screenshots, recordings, visual designs, operational procedures, and source code.

This obligation applies to all member-only pages, dashboards, investor materials, housing systems, research previews, community discussions, and any other gated content within the VELO Genesis platform.

The duty of confidentiality survives any termination of your membership or access. Breach of this section alone constitutes grounds for immediate revocation and legal action.

VELO Genesis is a proprietary civilization model — a protected intellectual property system encompassing architecture, operational design, community frameworks, and autonomous living technologies. Every flow, component, and interaction you encounter inside the gated platform is the result of years of research and capital investment.

You expressly agree NOT to:

Study VELO systems for the purpose of duplication or reverse engineering.

Copy, replicate, or reproduce VELO architecture, workflows, user interfaces, or operational logic.

Use your access to VELO to build, design, or contribute to competing platforms, communities, or systems.

Extract, export, or document VELO internal mechanisms for any purpose outside your personal membership.

Any attempt to duplicate, reverse engineer, or derive competing systems from VELO constitutes a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate membership revocation and pursuit of all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages.

The following actions are strictly prohibited within any member-gated area of VELO Genesis:

Taking screenshots or captures of member-only pages.

Recording video or screen recordings of any VELO interface.

Copying, exporting, or reproducing any code, markup, styles, or scripts.

Inspecting, modifying, or extracting front-end or back-end code for reuse or analysis.

The VELO Genesis platform employs technical and legal measures to protect its proprietary interfaces. Any attempt to capture, record, or replicate VELO internal interfaces, code, or designs is a violation of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of access.

You acknowledge that unauthorized capture of internal systems may also breach applicable intellectual property, trade secret, and computer fraud statutes.

As a VELO Genesis member, you agree to:

Use your access for personal prosperity and community contribution, not exploitation.

Respect fellow members, future residents, and the VELO stewardship team.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of your access credentials.

Participate in the community with integrity and in alignment with VELO's founding principles of autonomy, prosperity, safety, and regeneration.

VELO Genesis reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for violations of this agreement, conduct detrimental to the community, or actions that compromise the security or integrity of VELO systems.

Membership is not ownership. You are granted a revocable license to participate. The city exists beyond any single member. Act as a steward of what you have been trusted to see.
